1. GoldenLine.biz reserves the right to change these terms at any time and without notice.
2. All users who access this site agree and accept all the terms of service and policies listed throughout the site.
3. GoldenLine.biz does not tolerate Spam from it's members. Any member who uses Spam to promote the GoldenLine.biz site will be removed immediately and will forfeit any commission due.
4. All GoldenLine.biz members agree to receive emails from GoldenLine.biz from time to time, as well as from their upline or downline, as long as the message is related to GoldenLine.biz. See point 7 below. To opt out of receiving messages you must cancel your membership and thereby forfeit your network position and membership privileges. 
5. Testimonies and opinions of members displayed throughout the site are not endorsed by GoldenLine.biz and GoldenLine.biz cannot be held responsible for any opinion, advice or statement listed on this site.  
6. Bulletin Boards, mailing service and any other GoldenLine.biz communication tools - You agree not to post or transmit any unlawful, harmful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, abusive, hateful, racially, or otherwise objectionable material of any kind. You will be responsible for, and indemnify GoldenLine.biz and it's owners, affiliates, agents, and representatives against, any claim arising from material that you post or transmit. GoldenLine.biz does not control the information or content disseminated on the communications tools available but we do reserve the right to edit or delete any material that violates this term of service agreement. It is strictly forbidden to use this our internal mail system to promote other opportunities. Anyone using this system to promote another opportunity will be removed without recourse. We consider this internal Spam. It will be considered acceptable to provide direction to FREE traffic/safelist services as long as it is done with the intention of encouraging your downline to promote their GoldenLine.biz URL. Please report abuse using the contact form in the members area.
7. All communication conducted via our communication tools is considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. GoldenLine.biz  reserves the right to publish any of the information that is transmitted via our communication tools.
8. The use of this service and site(s) is at your own risk. GoldenLine.biz will not be held liable for any loss from your lack of access to any of our sites or loss of information contained on our servers.
9. Any 3rd party links are not monitored GoldenLine.biz. When you visit them you do so at your own risk.
10. Any personal information you disclose via our communication tools can be viewed by others. Do not disclose anything you do not want others to see.
11. GoldenLine.biz reserves the right to remove any member at any time without notification or for any reason. Any member violating any term of service or policy will be removed without recourse.
12. All members are responsible for the confidentiality of their member log in name and password. GoldenLine.biz and it's employees cannot be held liable for any breeches in security.
13. GoldenLine.biz solely makes no guarantee on sign ups, sales, or leads. By joining GoldenLine.biz and or purchasing something from GoldenLine.biz you agree not to take any legal action for any reason against GoldenLine.biz or any of its subsidiaries. This means that GoldenLine.biz or it's officers or employee's or agents are not legally responsible for any loss you may incur as a result of making purchase from GoldenLine.biz. These terms of service are binding on all parties whether known or not since all parties agree to the GoldenLine.biz terms of service upon joining any of GoldenLine.biz sites.
14. All Members agree to indemnify and hold GoldenLine.biz, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of the Members use of this service, and or the violation of these terms of service by a Member, or the infringement by a Member, of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.
15. If any Member objects to any of these terms of service or any modification thereto or becomes dissatisfied with the Service in any way the Member's only recourse is to immediately discontinue use of the Service and or terminate their membership.
16. To the extent permitted by law, you agree not to bring, join or participate in any class action as to any claim, dispute or controversy you may have against us or our agents, services, directors, offices and employees. You agree to the entry of injunctive relief to stop such lawsuit or to remove yourself as a participant in the suit. You agree to pay the attorney's fees and court costs we incur in seeking such relief. This agreement is not a waiver of any of your rights and remedies to pursue a claim individually and not as a class action in binding arbitrations as provided above.
17. GoldenLine.biz allows multiple memberships for the purpose of purchasing additional advertising.

GoldenLine.biz Refund  -

• Refund Policy Membership: All fees are final. There are no refunds. However, you can cancel at any time.
• Chargeback Policy: Anyone who executes a chargeback will be prosecuted by the full extent of the law and will pay attorney fees and a fine of $100.00.

Cancellation Policy : You can cancel at any time from any of our sites. 

GoldenLine.biz commission facts:

All Commissions are paid through either AlertPay. You must have an account with these payment processors to be paid.

Commissions will be paid monthly.

Minimum Commission Requirement - You will need to earn a commission of at least $10.00. Please make sure that your account information is correct via the "Profile Manager" link on your control panel. This condition is applied separately for each GoldenLine.biz account you may hold. We do not total all of your accounts. Each one stands on it's one and must accumulate $10.00 before it will be paid to you. There are no exceptions to this requirement. 

GoldenLine.biz makes absolutely no guarantee on how much you can earn with our commission plan. Any descriptions of that plan on our site is for explanation and examples only. We cannot be held liable of information you may receive from any independent source regarding our compensation plan. The only reliable source of information is GoldenLine.biz

SPAM

We do not tolerate SPAM. Any member accused of SPAM will be warned first and then removed from our program for the 2nd offence without any recourse or refund.
